| There is no minimum order. You may order one or more products. |

| Do you add a sales tax to my order? |
| There is no sales tax to pay unless you reside in Wisconsin. If so, the sales tax will be added to your order. |

| Do you ship outside the United States? |
| Not at this time. We only ship within the US. You must have a US billing address to place your orders. |

| Do you provide free shipping? |
| We provide free shipping for many of our products as stated on our website. Otherwise, the shipping cost will be shown to you before you check out.

| When is my order shipped? |
| Orders placed on our web site will be shipped on the same day your order is received if received before 2:00 PM Central Standard Time Monday thru Friday. Orders not shipped on the day received will be shipped the next day except on Saturday, Sunday or holidays. If your product is not in stock and your order is not sent, we will notify you by email and refund your full payment, unless you decide to purchase a different product. |

| Do you provide insurance for damages or loss during shipment? |
| To avoid disappointment and confusion, we ship all orders with insurance to cover shipping damages. If a product is damaged due to shipment please contact and notify the carrier and send us an email with your name and order number. |

| How do I notify you there is a problem with my order? |
| If you did not receive all or a part of your order, such as an item missing, you received the wrong item, you haven't received your order, your order is found to have been damaged during shipment, or you have a similar problem problem with your order, please report the problem by clicking Problem With My Order. |

| Can I cancel my order? |
| Yes, if we receive your request within minutes after receipt of your order and it has not been processed. We cannot guarantee or assure you that your order can be canceled once your have submitted your order. Once you receive the package you will need to return the original package via UPS within the same container and pay for return shipping. We recommend that you insure the product. Upon our receipt of the container sent to you, if it has not been opened or damaged, we will refund your money equal to the cost of the product. |
