| What forms of payments do you accept ? |
| Using our shopping cart we accept PayPal, Visa, MasterCard, American Express, and Discover. Upon receipt of your order and payment, you will receive a confirmation receipt by email. |

| When do you process and ship my order? |
| Upon receipt and payment of your order, it is processed and delivered on the same day or within 24 hours of the day we received your order Monday through Friday, except for holidays, Saturday and Sunday. In these cases, your order will be shipped the next day following the holiday or on Monday, following Saturday or Sunday orders received.
There may be times that UPS, may not meet our delivery times due to unforeseen conditions such as weather, for example. If you need USPS, (United States Postal Service) please write to us for approval. We do not ship to P.O. addresses.

| Do your products have manufacturers' warranties? |
| All brand new items come with a 1-year Manufacturer's warranty, unless otherwise stated for a product. We provide support to you during the first 30 days from the date of shipment. We always require for you to fill out our Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) form. After we receive your RMA form we will send you instructions. |

| What do I need to do to return a product to you? |
| Please read our Return Policy and comply with the instructions provided. It explains how to use our Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) form in order to obtain our prior authorization before you return you product to NetbestShopping. Do not return or ship any products to us until you receive our approval and authorization to do so. We are not responsible for loss or damage to you for any products shipped to us without our authorization number. |

| If I receive a defective product, what shall I do? |
| First, fill our a Return Merchandise Authorization form to obtain your authorization number. Upon receipt of the product, if found defective, we will reimburse you for your shipping cost to return the product to us, and in turn send you a replacement item at your option. We will pay for shipping the product back to you. |
