| A Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) Number is Required on ALL Merchandise to be Returned to us for any reason without exception! |
| Return authorization numbers are valid for 15 days from the date of issuance |
| Please provide the following return information when requesting an RMA number. |
| Your original purchase order number and/or the NetbestShopping invoice number
for the merchandise purchased, the quantity, and model number/s of the items to be returned and the reason for the return. Click here to use our RMA form. |
| Instructions for Returning Merchandise |
| Returns should be shipped prepaid to the address we will send to you after we have received your request for a RMA number and issue a RMA number for you to use. Please include a copy of your Purchase Order Invoice inside the shipping container. Please print your RMA Number on the outside of the shipping container. We are not responsible for shipping damages or merchandise not received. We recommend you insure your merchandise return at full value. |
| Brand New Product Returns |
| Brand new items may be returned or exchanged with 30 days from date of purchase if you are dissatisfied with the product you have purchased. You must have our RMA Authorization and RMA number. Special Order items may not be returned. Returned products must be in their original package and resalable. Open and/or unsealed DVDs, CDx, and cartography are not returnable unless defective. |
| Defective Product Returns |
Most all products purchased from NetbestShopping if initially defective and you wish to return the product, you must do so within 30 days of our sales invoice for replacement. As for all returns you must request our RMA form to first receive authorization and instructions regarding your return.
If the merchandise is defective on delivery, it must be returned intact (with all parts, decorator box and manual). Only the item that you return will be replaced. You will be billed for incomplete merchandise.
Damages of Products and Shipping Containers. All returns or exchanges for defective products that are missing or with damage to the original box or package may be refused or may be subject to a 15% penalty fee for missing or damaged manuals, and any changes to the product. such as damaged exterior or interior cartons, addition of labels, etc.
***Note*** Upon arrival of any shipment, in the event of damage to the shipping container or the merchandise notify UPS upon delivery. Also notify us by email and refer to your name and order number with Product ID. All our shipments require your signature as proof of receipt. Our shipments to you are insured by UPS. |
| Returns Under Manufacturer Warranties |
We are not responsible for provisions in the manufacturer's warranties or for their services provided to you. Please note that NetbestShopping.com does not in any manner allege any affiliation between the manufacturers and our corporation. NetbestShopping.com a web site owned by MainCall Corporation is used only for shopping and for placing orders on this website. If a product is found to be defective outside of the 30-day return period, you should contact the manufacturer under the manufacturer's warrant. Warranty instructions are outlined in the product Owner's Manual. Feel free to contact the manufacturer for more information regarding the repairs required.
All warranty repairs and exchanges by the Manufacturer are guidelines set by the manufacturer.
A valid proof of purchase you submit to the manufacturers should include your name, address, end user phone number, date of order and product listed with serial number and price as follows:
Your sales receipt (original purchase order number and invoice you received from NetbestShopping.) This information is acceptable by the Manufacturer for warranty repairs or exchanges.
Please remove the battery from all electronic items before shipping (cordless telephone handsets).
